| Here is my CC 1st pic - focus seems to be off... 2nd and 3rd pics - seems as if you photoshopped the image to get the shallow DOF, it is distracting and hurts my eyes. 7th pic - too much angle for my liking, seems to be a staged shot, the wheel is looking the wrong way, the headlight seems not to be lineed up, so turn the car around and get a picture of the better side of the car, put the car further from the sidewalk, the focus seems to be not on the car, but on the ground just in front of the car. 10th pic - Since you have done some post processing, take the distracting elements out too, the objects that appear to the left of the image are fairly distracting, if they are taken out, the image would be much more improved. 11th and 12th pics - great composition. Possibly my favourites from the bunch you have posted.

| Arent most shots staged anyways? lol, but I see the too much angle part. In the first shot the focus is off. My aperture was to large for what I was shooting for. Cant tell until I got the photo on the computer. I have some recent pics from a shoot that I did with my friend mike maez, but I'm awating approval from him to see if they are going to be published...Dont want to leak them! Im always looking for tips and such, so I will have some more photos up soon. Thanks Dax

| oh no..you didnt offend me. Im just saying that in the event of a photoshoot. Every picture is more often then not.."staged' no big deal. Here are some more to look upon, again let me know what you guys think: Increased the contrast a bit on this one and made it black and white. Its actually two exposures put together. Used a flash to expose each side of the engine. ![]() Went with a sepia look on this one. Again used the flash as a slave. ![]() Same technique on the rim once more. ![]() Used the manfrotto suction mount for these two. Turned out pretty nice, for my first attempt. ![]() ![]()
