what to charge for photoshop services.....???

Im doing some photoshop work for a small business. Its basicly making buttons out of images and making what they already have just more prof. looking. Also involves touching up some big photos. What should I charge? any ideas from anyone?

i charge 25 dollars a hour canadian. Thats a hell of alot cheaper than larger companies will pay

When I used to do payed Photoshop work, I went for $15/hour (USD).

I charged about $12-18 an hour depending on what the client needed done...

ok.. should have put this.. i dont want to charge hourly because If i dont like what i do then i take my time to make it perfect.. and i dont want to charge them for my mistakes or me trying something different.. i just want to charge for a final product..

wow.. I've never done a pricing structure like that, so I got off the phone with a good friend of mine who does work like that for a living...

$1000 for complete site graphics (graphics intensive)

$300 for light graphics..

$150-$250 for site elements depending on the size of the element and what is required.

Feel free to charge less to remain competitive, just remember that you have to still turn a profit or at least break even.

ex- he charges $200 for a logo.. that will include several variations, stationary samples (with SAMPLE watermarked on them), black and white, limited color, and full color samples, and different size samples..
