Vader leather care?

My vader seats seem to have slightly fading leather (not cracks) on the driver's side bolsters. It seems as if the some bits of surface skin have peeled over time.

Does anyone know what I can do to undo the fading or to prevent the fading from getting worse?

Any product recommendations?

I would use lexol it will prevent the fading from getting worse but i don't think it will undo the fading.
