Windshield Washer Fluid Tank leaking

My windowshield washer fluid tank is leaking. Appears to be leaking through the sensor (the black plastic unit attached to the tank). Has this happened to anyone before? Can I juss buy the black piece and install the new one on? How do I remove it anyways =)
