| Favorite Wax/Polisher? I've heard Meguire's a lot around here, and I was wondering what all of you use to detail your cars. I know some of you have time to do the multi-step processes, but what about the rest of you guys who only have time to do the one-step process waxes? ![]()

| Go to Meguiars.com and buy the buffer kit. I have it and it takes all thoe hairline scratches out of your car. It is about 250 dollars at the show I was at. Comes with almost every product they make. Plus it is a non burning buffer. Definitely worth the money. Plus I have made over 1000's detailing with it.

| The buffer kit kicks ass!! I just tried the Showcar glaze after a Meguiars polish and carnuba wax. The glaze brought out more deep gloss shine that the wax ever can. I highly recommend the Meguiars products, Ive been using them for years. |

Meguairs also has a one step cleaner/wax (red bottle-not the professional line), you might want to try that too. |

| I have always used Zymol products from my BMW dealer. Supposedly BMW reccomends them and Porsche "authorizes" Zymol products for use on their cars. Anyway, Zymol is a true anal-retentive detailers product. Go to Zymol and check out their products.(one of their glazes costs $1402.50) I have bought my towels and pneumatic waxer from Griots Garage. They have cool detailing stuff and Nice FACOM tools as well. |

| I actually tried to over the counter Zymol today (turtle wax one ...) -- It actually gave me a nice shine, but I'm not sure as to how long it will last. I plan on giving a couple of the multi-step processes a try. Has anyone here used Zaino?? www.zainobros.com I heard a lot about them and their products. It's a polymer and has no carnauba in it. Lots of folks have said it lasts forever. Check it out.

| Liquid Glass Check out www.Liquidglass.com I know a detailing place that uses this stuff, when i got my car i had it buffed and he also applied a couple coats of this stuff. So far i've had my car for 2 months and the paint surface is still smooth and still has a deep gloss shine...I've tried ALOT of different waxes and polishes on my preivous bimmers, and so far this stuff seems to be working the best. You should get the lquid glass pre-cleaner and the liquid glass polish/finish...hope this helps ![]() |
