| There are a couple good products out there. When I refinished my buddy's windscreen on his gsxr750 I had him pickup one of the kits at pepboy's. It came with a bunch of pads with the medium already on them and a drill insert. After using a few pads then a run 3M rubbing compound I tossed on 2 layers of wax and it still looks brand new minus a few pocks from bugs and such. That was a few months ago too, so after the compound try a good wax on them or better yet, take them out and clearcoat. |

| I do what I can, I loved detailing my old GTI but the Paint on my E36 M is in bad shape and it's tough The PO didn't really care for it and the worst is the egg splatter on the roof. He must not have noticed it and it ate straight through the clear and the paint, you can see the black primer under:'( |

| my drivers headlamp was yellow when i got the car.. i hit it with some meguiars plastic x it was clear for about 3 weeks.. i notice it hazing back up.. but its not that bad to where i want to get my polisher out again.. |
