You will crack the plastic because the cold makes it brittle.

On a serious note...these windows just become brittle with exposure. The link above is a great alternative to OEM. Fitment is spot on and customer service is top notch. He also has "tinted" versions which flow nicely with tinted side windows as opposed to the OEM "green tint".

I'm not sure it'll work out on mine, the douchbag I got the car from got it freaking glued!!! I saw a soft-tops guy and he'll do the operation for almost $150!

$150 seems a bit high. You may want to shop around. I had mine done for $70 (not including the window price).

What did he glue? They use contact cement around the outside lip if that's what you're referring too...that's normal.

Well $150 includes the window price. The former owner had glue on almost everything! Not good at all.
