to answer ur question Igee323i for the most part :

Poorboy's SSR2.5
Poorboy's EXP ClearKote Vannilla Moose

Then as waxes-> Poorboy's Natty's Paste Wax (BLUE)
or Pinnacle Souveran

I have yet to try Poorboy's EX-P, Vannilla Moose and Pinnacle Souveran. The rest combined works wonders for my car.

Check them all out on--> http://www.superiordetailsupplies.com/

All of these are based on condition of paint, but this will work for most cars and finishes.

Polish - Poorboys SSR2.5
Glaze - ClearKote Vanilla Moose
Sealant- Poorboys EXP
Wax - Poorboys Nattys paste wax

Thanks on the sig!

finally some one that is taking car cleaning serious enough

Morning:

vaccum the inside
clean the seats and carpets with the BMW orginal interiour cleaning "innen reingung" (weird spelling probably)
wash the car with turtle wax shampoo and a bucket of hot water
dry the car

Noon:

clean the engine bay
dry the car again

Afternoon:

polish with either BMW orginal polisher or turtle wax polisher
wax with either BMW orginal wax or turtle wax

Evning:

wash again to remove the wax that had been left behind
dry it again

Night

The following morning: start with strangling the neghbours cat, because it has used the bonnet and the roof as a combined running track and shit bucket

then start all over again
