Glaze will help fill light scratches, and help with the gloss of your finish, a sealant is a protectant and a gloss enhancer like wax but does not contain carnuaba, it is a synthetic wax if you will. Sealants will usually last longer than wax. Topping a sealant with wax will give you another layer of protection and add another layer of gloss.
