tire shine?

This is with the armor all tire gel, applied once heavily then waited ten minutes wiped with a rag then fill in all the dry spots with no more gel just whats left on the applicator. As you can see the gel is over the side wall if you drive on the highway once it will come off. And about it messing up your panels if you wash the wheels first, hit the the bottum panels of your car then change the water soap and mitt, i prefer to use a different wash mitt for the upper part of the car but if you don't have one yet rinse out the one you have really good. So after you've changed the soap and water, hit the whole car that way you're getting the bottum panels twice.

just picked up some meguairs tire gel. waiting for a good day to wash the car and try it.

I use some stuff called detailers advantage, I think it is made by black magic. Works well, and looks super deep, and rich black.

does anyone find that using tire shine is only beneficial when your NOT driving your car. As soon as you go anywhere, your sidewalls become magnets for every piece of dust and dirt that is on the road. I personally hate it but since I haven't used it in 5+ years, I was wondering if any of the new products are better at preventing this.
