Man, this car has took some serious work.
Given the rough nature of the paint, I knew I was going to have to hit it with something super abrasive to make a dent in what looked like a whole lot of scratches covering the roof and rear half of the car. I started with Poorboy's Swirl Remover 3 (that has a nice grit to it) on a cutting pad, and then hit it with Swirl Remover 2. This evened out the rough spots a bit, and began to restore some of the gloss to the finish.
Next, I hit it with the Poorboy's polish on a polishing pad, but I honestly didn't like the results, so I used up the last of my Einszett Paint Polish. I am impressed that the tin made it the entire summer season - and I will definitely be ordering more, and for this application the Einszett was much better suited than the Pro Polish.

In the sun, the paint looked 10000 times more even, despite showing off some scratches when you got right up on it:
Next up: Vanilla Moose, EX-P, and Natty's Paste Wax for some real buf and gloss. It was dark when I finished up, so all I could take were night shots.
