04 STi Detail I changed it up for this car. Clay Einszett PP Klasse S/G S100 Everything was super easy, until it was time to remove the S/G. All I can say is damn. It just didn't want to come off! I honestly think it took me as long to just remove the S/G as it took to clay and polish the car! I let the S/G dry as directed on the container, but I think next time I may try removing it a bit quicker to see if it helps with the ease of removal. :/ In the end, I was blown away by how much the S/G brought out the metallic flake in the paint. It was barely visible beforehand, and now in the sun it is all you can see on the areas of direct exposure. Great stuff! Final pics: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Chris, next time you use SG, keep a bottle of Qd handy. Lightly mist the area and remove the SG. It is a bit** to remove when dry, or you may have simply applied too much product. They say if you can see it, youve put on too much. I used it all of twice, maybe three times and became discouraged by its difficulty to remove. Great protection, but a bear !

I knew I put on too much. I basically caked it on like a fool - lesson learned on that one. I wish I still had the pictures hosted, because despite taking so long to remove, the car came out great. Although the SG was a bit of a bear for the first-timer to work with, I cannot argue with the results. Let me see if I can find the pics and get them back on this thread. :/

Use a damp MF applicator and apply it like you are applying Zaino Chris, very very thinly. I prefer to let it cure/set for a while, 2 hours or so, then use a damp MF to remove and I've never had a problem with it then.

~ One man’s opinion / observations ~ I’ve been using this product since ‘60s. There are two schools of thought on Klasse SG removal 1.WOWO Wipe on, wipe off the residue 2.1-2 hours or overnight before removing residue (my preference) ~Hope this helps~ Knowledge unshared is experience wasted justadumbarchitect / so I question everything/ Jon
