| Interesting thread. I've had one bottle of Rejex for about 18 months now. Used on new paint - the feeling is outstanding, and bugs basically fall off. I do use it on plastic parts (windshield, helmet visor) on my motorcycle, and this is where it really works well. Bugs on a helmet visor are a real PITA, and for some reason, helmets seem to attract them. With a fairly fresh coat of Rejex on the visor, I can wipe any bug splooge off using the side of a finger (wearing leather gloves.) The windshield on my bike (also a BMW) seems made of the worlds softest plastic. Trying to wax it with most other waxes scratches it. Rejex doesn't and leaves a very nice finish on it that also seems to shed bugs easily. What's interesting is the mention of leaving it to haze for an extended period of time. I haven't done that, and will be trying it when I get home tonight. I also tended to recoat almost immediately after doing a first coat - which apparently is a waste of time. Gotta be patient I guess.

| Rejex Quick review I recently ordered Rejex to use on my new car (05 M3 ZCP) rims. In the past I used Zaino or Nufinish on my rims. To start, I cleaned the rims and applied a coat of rejex. I followed the directions, then I let the rims set for 16 hours (recommended 12 hours) then re-applied another coat following the same process. I went out for a Sunday drive for about 200 miles and came home and inspected the rims with the following results: Did Rejex repel brake dust? No (brake dust completed covered the fronts) Was the rim easy to clean with soap and water? Yes Was the Rejex rim easier to clean than Nufinish or Zaino? No Summary: Although the product makes the rims easy to clean it doesn't make it any easier than when I used the cheap nufinish. I will be utilizing their 30 day moneyback guarentee. |

I used REjex on my car after seeing the way it protected the airplanes. I have 2 coats on right now, as I already had a coat of wax on prior to my first application. My car now has to be parked outside, under a tree, and I kept having to deal with the bird droppings. Now, they wipe right off with a soft wet paper towel. No staining or anything. Product goes on easily, hazes rapidly and wipes off. I even put it over my headlight lenses, etc. The gloss is amazing when done. |
