New Paint
After an unfortunate meeting with a ditch half of my car is repainted. I was wondering how long do I have to wait the wash and wax the car?

Wash as soon as you'd like, wax wait at least 30 days. Call your body shop though, only they know.

very light soapy water or damp rag and wipe the car down as often as you can
and avoid highway driving, if possible
