| Meguiars wax on side moldings of 98 m3 I was waxing my car and got a lil of the meguiars wax on the side moldings! I tried APC (all purpose cleaner) to get it off and it did nothing. What do i do? IT RUINS THE LOOK OF THE CAR!!!!!! should i try simple green or some sort of engine degreaser? HELP!! |

| NO. The peanut butter thing is a joke. Old detailing myth. DO NOT USE PINK ERASERS. Use WHITE. Go to a store and buy a WHITE eraser. IF, AND ONLY IF, THE ERASER DOES NOT WORK... Then buy this and it will solve all of your problems... (I am assuming you are referring to a black molding) http://shop.store.yahoo.com/rodi/ch06108.html That should do the trick. Please let me know if it works. Next time, tape or place newspaper on the molding to prevent waxing onto the molding.
