Washer Fluid?

So I was at the BMW dealership last night for another totally different issue and figured while I was there I'd ask the service rep about the fluid. He said what they use is a concentrated liquid that they mix with water. I asked where I can get it and if they will fill it up when I come it for my maintenance. He said he'd top it off right now and to meet him outside. He comes out and fills it up with a bottle of blue crap and spilled half of it all over the place. So I ended up with blue in my car anyway. But actually it didn't matter turns out one of my headlight washers assemblies is leaking so its all gone anyway... that would explain where it all went in the first place cuz that’s a huge tank!
