| Toughest wax? I live in buffalo (translation: cold and windy out 24/7) and I don't have the luxury of owning a garage so I'm looking for a wax that will keep snow/salt and basicaly keep my bimmer in good condition for a long time. I've looked into 5star shine http://www.5starshine.com/ , they're claming to have the best durability. Any thoughts? |

| You are definitely want to go with a sealant. A polymer sealant is going to last significantly longer compared to a wax because it actually bonds to the paint. Do a searh for Klasse, Zaino, Blackfire, Platinum, Einszett for some of the most popular sealants. I should say however, that if you do want to use an actual wax, Collinite is known for its superior durability. Last edited by Greg : 12-04-2003 at 06:14 AM. |
