replacign rear speakers

My stock rear deck speakers are blown and wan tto replace them. I would like to spend under $100 dollars to get some decent speakers back there, what woudl be a good choice? Also i read somewhere that the stock amps will not work with aftermarket speakers is this true?

you can replace the 4T speakers, or go large.

5x7's can be screwed right in (new holes)
6x9's can be fitted with adapter plates
even a 8in sub with the JL stealthbox.

The stock amp would drive a 5x7 or 6x9 fine.( as fine as the rest of the stock system IE shit)

This is what i just did with the system in the M3.



Overall sounds outstanding, not a ton of bass, but the 6x9's have plenty of punch, and fill in the much needed mid-bass.
