| Lot's of nice 6x9's out there. Grab your favourite CD and go down to your local car audio/electronics stores and listen to 'em. I settled on a pair of Clarion SRR6984's. They put out some nice bass for a 6x9 and the price was right. Sounded just as good as the the top JL's and pretty close to the MB Quarts for less than half the cash. I don't care for the grills they come with, but that fine cuz I won't be using them in the E36 install anyways. Good luck! |

| I've got some Polks 6x9s in the rear and they seem to do just fine with my JBL 12"

| I like Boston NX70, I am looking to upgrade my speaker as well and so far those are the ones that I like check them out at your local shop, like they say take your on CD play it, take your tima and then well order them on line, at least that is what I am doing, good luck!
