| purchasing some speakers need advice i want to get some new front speakers and rear speakers to replace the stock ones. What are some nice ones at good prices and how do i go about installing them.. ![]()

| Forget about your rear speakers.....spend all of your money on a good component set for the front, and an amp to power them with. Rear speakers only mess up you imaging and soundstage. If you want more bass in the back, add a subwoofer.

| Oh, and as for brands, one of the best component sets you can buy is the JL Audio XR series.....other than that, look into Focal, MB Quart, Dynaudio, Rainbow, CDT, and A/D/S/. Good luck.

| I just replaced all of my speakers with Alpines and they're wonderful. I had the H/K system so i replaced the grills on the 2 highs and painted and sanded the one right below it with the H/K symbol. I put a 5-channel Alpine amp on it and put 6X9's on the back shelf. Alpine makes some really great equipment |
