Different audio shops can show you unique placements for subwoofers in your car. Possibly behind some panel, but most likely in the trunk. On my old GMC Yukon they made a sub to go in the consol between the front seats... so you never know.

In a box, in your trunk. I have 2 12" MB Quart PWD's behind the rear seat firing towards the back of the car.

Choose a woofer that requires min. air space.
