anyone had any good places to get good deals on dynaudio speakers ?

Some sites that I found doesn't look good, I tried to call their customer service number and no one picks up the phone.

For Dynaudio I wouldn't buy them online. Those are just some that you are better off going out and buying them from a local retailer.

A lot of these online sites are getting closed down for a number of reasons...one being the companies like Dyn, Alpine, etc... are cutting their suppliers.

But great choice of speakers...I was thinking about gettin a set too.

Focal ?

I tried the local store and they wanted to over charge me 500 dollars for it.

The reason for the $500 price tag is......because that Dynaudio is just about the best speaker you can buy.....there top of the line set is about $1200 online....more at a dealer...... If you really want Dyn, go for it......I am not sure of any dealers though......try mmxpress.com cbrstereo.com woofersetc.com thezeb.com
shop4sound.com smilephotovideo.com ........one of those might have them. Other good brands are JL XR, Focal, CDT, MB Quart , Rainbow, Diamond.

I just picked up a set of the dynaudio mk220's. They are better than the focal utopia's in my opinion. Hopefully I wont have a problem with the depth of the speakers when they arrive in the next week. I know they have a larger depth than many other speakers. I picked up my set off of ebay for $360. They were used speakers but I spoke with the seller over the phone and he assured me they are in mint condition, so I couldnt resist them or the price since they retail for over 1300.

Dynaudio is, like hamann1000 said, one of the best componets you can find out in the market. My brother has them in his Tahoe and I have Focal 165ks in my car and his sounds cleaner but I don't think they are very warm sounding. But again, I am running a better amp.

To get the best sound you really need to get an amp that is as good as your componets.

I've listened to both dyna and focal, both are great speakers, u can go some local shop look around for dat~
