| JL AUDIO SUBS WITH 6ohm configs what does it mean when JL AUDIO SUBS have 6ohms and your amp can give 600watts at 4 ohms how much power can it give at 6 ohms ? can i even run it at 6 ohms? |

| 6 ohm subs in general are for tripple sub systems which would then run at 2 ohms and then u need an amp than can handle 2 ohms cuz the lower the impedance(ohms) the harsher it is on ur amp. the amp would get 400 watts at 6 ohms. u do 600w x 4ohms, divided by 6 ohms and u get 400 |
