2 questions on car audio

well here they are: I'm getting MB Quart PREMIUM PSD 213 component speakers for my 97 m3.

1st : should i get the Cascade Audio DK-1 damping kit to go with it?

2nd: what amp and why? I know i need a strong amp for these speakers and I want best or closest to.
