Computer Speakers....

Alright, i need the help of some knowledgable computer/audio people here. I'm building my own system to take to college and I need to have some suggestions on what speaker/sub set to buy.

I was leaning towards a 3 piece system, 2 sattelites and a sub, because of the space considerations of the college dorm. Obviously I would like to keep the cost to a reasonable amount as I am pretty much going all out on the computer itself.

I've been looking around and have had a lot of trouble finding a speaker set as good as the one on my current system. It is a Harman/Kardon that has 10watt sattelites, and a 40 watt sub. I would love to find something equally as powerful as this but im having trouble doing so.

klipsch audio promedia 4.1 or if you have enough money get the 5.1, both have 400w subs. Good quality, they will run you about 350$ for the 4.1 and the 5.1 for 399$

He wants a 2.1 so go get the Klipsh 2.1 system if you can spare the money. The sound quality is awesome and (no offense to BMW owners in love with their sound systems...well, our car has an HK system too actually) will blow away anything HK can muster. My friend has the Klipsh 4.1s and they're simply amazing. You won't regret going Klipsh.

pretty much anything from Klipsch will be awesome...a bit on the spendy side though if you're on a budget. check out ebay..they have promedia's all the time.

I looked around and found that the klipsch 2.1 system will run about 180 bucks. I'm sure its probably the best option audio wise, but thats a little more than I was planning to spend on speakers. I was hoping to find some decent ones for around 100, or less if possible. Or is that impossible?
