Harman Audio replacement?

Any suggestion on how to go about replacing Harmon speakers, the reciever still works great, but the speakers are shot. It's a 2002 330 CIC. I'm being told that I will have to replace the whole system, I'm up for suggestions.

Replace all the speaker or front only, as you wish... There are plenty of guides around... If you were happy with how the unit sounded before the speakers being shot, just replace speakers... If not, the head unit also.

I started replacing the speakers and ended up replacing the whole lot as I wasn't happy in the end with the sound of the stock head unit.
