1993 325i s radio help

i just got my bmw a few days ago and it still had the stock radio in it and blown speakers, so i went to go put in my new had unit and speakers but i find that the speaker wires are no good or the amp so...... i need to run new speaker wires at least to the trunk for now and have no idea how to go about that on this car. im used to older 1970-1988 american cars. help?
