| Hey guys! Can anybody tell me where I can drill a hole run my power cable from my battery to my sub? Because the battery is right up against the bulkhead and there is loads of wires below the glove box (dont want to drill through anything!) Its a 318is 2 door coupe 1993 by the way. Any help would be appreciated! Depz. Brighton. UK.

| Isn't the battery in the Boot? Was on my M8's E36, I don't understand why you would need 2 run cable. Should just be able 2 screw the amp down nicely in the back and run direct feeds from the battery strait to it. You may already know this but make sure that the metallic body of the amp doesn't touch any naked metal parts of the car as it will short circuit and probably spark lol. | hey i got a e36 316i the battery is in the engine bay, on the passenger side so i pulled down the carpet (where pedals would be) and found a round, black rubber grommet.... i drilled through this and it led straight through to the engine bay and underneath the battery....with no hassles. then i ran the power cable from the battery, through that hole, against the walls and under the carpet and the kick panel all the way to the boot...mines also a 2door i found it pretty easy to stash the wire. goodluck

| I did mine today on right hand drive cars take the glove box out and pull the carpet back abit untill you find the black rubber grommit with the wires going through to the engine bay and poke your power cable through and keep feeding it through untill you can see it in the engine bay itl come out under the batery tray... then just tuck it up out the way and run it through the car to the boot. |

| dude if you cant find the battery id seriously reccommend you have a pro install it for you it is generally on the opposite side of the driver, in the BMW if not in the engine bay then it should be located somewhere in the boot near the spare tyre goodluck!!!
