Replacing door tweeters e36 318is

heyy guys

upon removal of the door trims i though i could replace the tweeters quite easily little did i know that the whole grill ect was held on by the bracket being screwed into the back of the tweeter.

has anyone changed the tweeters in their doors and if so how because atm i only have one tweeter going
