| Rear Seat Install Hey guys, I'm interested in looking at a removable rear-seat ICE install for my coupe. (removed only if the car needs to be returned to 5 seater). I know there have been a few E36 coupe's with this setup, but I can't seem to find any. If anyone has pics or info could you please post so I can have a look. Thankyou.

| I think most of those are custom.... but I could be wrong. It really wouldn't be too hard to make at all. have you ever had experiece in upholstry or have you ever had to take off the back seats? It really only takes 2 seconds to pop off, and you would just have to carpet it up and make everything a little nicer for when they are taken off.

| I'm planning on having a custom install. I pulled the rear seats off a few days ago to have a look and lay some MDF sheets to get ideas. I've got experience building sound systems and boot installations for various types of cars, but I've never done a rear seat install. I would have it all sqaure set, going in between the left and right upright seat bolsters. I plan on putting the amps on the horizontal shelf and a single 12 in the centre of the vertical with probably 2 port holes firing into the cabin. I'd probably throw a set of 6" splits in there aswell. I think it would be nice to cover the MDF in a single layer of carbon fibre to match in with the black interior. If anyone has any pics of custom rear seat installs in E36 coupes, please post or PM. Thanks guys.
