Stupid question about the magnet on subwoofers

Okay, I notice my subwoofer has a big ass magnet on the bottom of it. Just wondering, for those pros who put so many subs and amps in the trunk of their car, wouldn't the magnets on their subs. mess up the amp?

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought magnets can destroy electrical stuff. No?

Magnetic WAVEs will damage electronics, but they have to be generated by a nuclear explosion. Really, no, the magnets on the drivers of speakers will not hurt anything, unless you move them really fast back and forth across conducting wires. (it's a joke)
