| how about this... Give it a shot straight off the head unit, if you think you need more, get an amp for it.
I ran my front components in my E36 off of my Alpine 7876 deck and it sounded perfect. I had stock tweets, JBL GTO 5.25's and MB Quart 3.5's in the doors. Balanced well with my comp vr 10's.
