Satellite radio

I had an AVIC N1 installed back in July. It is XM ready but I want to get Sirius radio instead. Is this possible or am I screwed?

kindof an old thread, but since im here ill go ahead and answer ur Q. No, you are NOT screwed, i have a Kenwood flip-down CD player that is Sirius Ready, and I have XM radio installed seperately. I seriously doubt it will be different going from XM Ready to Sirius. Both satellite radios only need an FM radio to stem from, whether or not the CD-player is "ready" or not, means nothing other than you can use that CD player as the display module for whatever satellite radio its "ready" for instead of buying a seperate display, it only saves you money in the long run.
