Sub-Woofer locations for E36 coupe? I'm looking at upgrading my sound system in my E36 325i Coupe, but don't know what to do about bass. I want to get plenty of bass, but don't want to have any kind of crappy looking installation in the boot. Has anyone got any great ideas about where to install the Sub(s).
My ideas so far:
1) Rear parcel shelf (2 x 8"?) but unfortunatley this may require some holes cut in it.
2) Invert the spare wheel and mount a sub in that cavity, but this would probably 'seal' it too well and muffle the sound as well as not having air in the encolsure
Other ideas? I'm not sure what other options I have... what do you guys think?
