Radio CODE? Anywhere, besides a dealership you can retrive one?

ahhh! i just got my car back from the shop... and they forgot to reprogram the radio. Now I am stuck with that "CODE" thing and no music ... I have a 92' 325i... but where, besides the manual and those cards, because the last owner is an idiot and lost them, can I get a code?

did you check the head unit itself? maybe somebody wrote it on there

Go onto Bimmerforums.com PM a guy named DDEM3. give him all your info numbers serial numbers and vin. and he'll pm you back with your code. I went thru him and he gave me my radio code within a day.

on mine, it was on a sticker on the top of the radio. the metal casing.

Do you have to hold any buttons when you enter the code? OR do you just put them in?

GO into the dealershiip and give them the serial number and they will give you the radio code for free

Aw fuck my radio wouldn't turn on when I got into my car today.. messed with the fuses and now it works.. BUT THE SHIT SAYS "CODE" ahhhhh. I know I've seen my radio code card in the manual soooo many times and ofcourse now I can't find it!
