MTX or Rockford amp

I was originaly going with rockford but I work at circuit cityand we just got a special accomadation promotion with mtx so I can get mtx products at %70 off retail. I'm going to need a mono and a four channel to power my infinity kappa speakers and subs. I hear mtx and rockford amps are comparable but rockford is a little better. Right now if I go with mtx I would spend about $400 on both amps and $560 with rockford. I would like input from people with experience with these brands.
