power problems ok, heres the setup. 3 12" JL audio w3's powered by a rockford 1000 watt amp. I have an optima yellowtop battery, but I'm also running foglights, a chirper, and my deck from the battery. My battery drains often and I'm forced to pop start it. I have a capacitor but I haven't installed it yet cuz I dont know how to charge it...is there a way I (myself) can charge the capacitor safely and efficiently without going to a stereo shop?

i dunno if it works for bmws but the test for hondas is to start your car and disconnect the power cable from the battery, a) if it stays running the alternator is good and powering it b) if it turns off...you need a new one even so tho, my headlights are dim at night. my amp is drawing out that 1000 watts. i see that your from 619, what part? im from san diego too college area.

lol her name was jennifer p. and she was a cheerleader with blonde hair. i heard the q has kinda diminished in terms of serious racing, i saw an escalade pull up to the line with spinners, roll down all 4 of the windows, turn on the tvs and the system all the way up and then he cruised down the track at like 10 mph when the tree went green. i usually run down at the 905.

| yeah the q has changed a bit but if i run there i dont worry about anyone but me. im there to better my reaction and 60ft times. yeah the 905 is a good place for some nice street runs. before all the hype on the import scene back in 94 the 905 was the only place to race. there was no kearny, convoy or anything. this was the time if someone had i/h/e you were pretty fast and nos was the king.

yea i know what you mean. definitely, ever since the firehouse night with the semi trucks its kinda scary, but even now down at the 905 because its not san diego police its san ysidro or whatever, they dont impound your car and give you all the huge fees. usually border patrol comes or the cops will just spook everyone to stop. but if you do get a ticket, i heard its only like $200 or so. where do you work at?
