| well I know what to do if your car is pre-wired for a changer which most BMWs are. What you need to do is take off the right tailight cover so you can peel back the carpeting. Once you get behind there you will find a bunch of wires and you are looking for one that is tiny and has a connector and then another that is slightly bigger to connect to. You are going to need a connector that you can get at your local car audio store....just look for the right plugs for it, its easy....then just plug it in and then install the cd changer wherever you want. The connector will obviously have a wire plug in from your CD changer to it. I did this and the only problem that I came across was that it caused an alternator whine which is a pain in the ass and still dont know how to get rid of.
