CD Password?

I was curious if anyone knows a password to fix a radio on a BMW Z3... No clue how it got locked, but I'm trying to fix it. Any help?

I tried searching before hand, but had no luck...will I have to go a dealership? Thanks!

Call the dealership and give them your VIN number. If you always get your car serviced by them they will have it in the computer. It is also listed in your owner’s manual; I believe the separate little audio book.

Unfortunately, I don't have an owner's manual at the time....can anyone with a Z3 help me? Or is each car's different? Sorry for all the questions... n00b to bimmers...

To my knowledge every factory Alpine head unit has a unique code. I assume you bought the car used. Try to locate the dealer that the previous owner had it serviced at. Call them and state that you purchased the car and would like the radio code. With you VIN number they should be able to tell you.
