whats the best set up for what i got

i just bought a pair of boston acoustics, and a nice small jbl amp..how should i hook it up?

p80.4 amp
cx6 speakers

shold i put the new ones in the doors? or the back? can i hook it differently? like highs to one pair, lows to another? i have no clue, i am clueless about car audio
