Ok guys here is what Salar and I have decided on. If you can show up then cool but if it is too far then maybe you can catch the next one. Salar is looking to a better place to eat in Squamish but for now McDonalds is a good place to meet because you can see it off the highway. Squamish is about 30-45 minutes drive from Vancouver. Once you get past the Chief (the HUGE cliff on your right hand side) you come up over a hill and start looking for the McDonalds on your left. Turn at the lights and look for Salar.

But i live in Coquitlam and is real far. So in North Van, where exactly is Park Royal? I m not very good with streets.

At which part of the #1 highway do i get off to go to Park Royal?

Why don't we just meet at QE park? It is very nice there, plus it is much easier for me to know how to get there.

meeting place: NO QE park when it is a sunny sunday~~~~too much ppl~
maybe very hard to find 30+parking lots together~

white spot? why not? but i think highschool/any school is the best thinking~~~i dont think it will A student attend school on sunday~~lol

last Q: sure have 30+ bimmer?if so,THAT WILL BE sad......

Because its getting really confusing as to where the meet is going to take place, there are confirmations on like at least 2 different places already (North Shore Auto Mall and 1500 Fell Ave). Why dont we just select one and make it FINAL...

Ok, my proposal.

Why don't we just stick with White Spot @ Park Royal as the initial meeting place. Park Royal is a pretty big place and there is a chance we'll find some space. If not, West Van High is 5 minutes away and we know it'll be empty on a Sunday. Park Royal is REALLY easy to find. If coming from the highway, take the Taylor Way exit in West Van and go to the bottom of the hill to the major intersection at Marine Drive. Go through that intersection and White Spot is immediately on your right, you can't miss it. If you're comin over the Lions Gate Bridge or from North Van, just take the first left once you go over the little bridge into West Van. That's it. If we can't get the spaces we need to get all the cars next to each other then we can all head up to West Van High. If you don't think you'll be a 100% sure on the day, then email me and I'll give you my cell # and you can just call if your lost or if you show up and we're not there. Sounds easy enough to me. If it does work out at Park Royal then all you've gotta do is go up the hill and get on the highway for those who want to head up to Squamish. Same with the highschool.

Ok my brothas,
I know its the first meet and everyone is getting sketchy and hyperventelating. But its real simple. Due to the fact that it was the first meet, I, as the orgnaizer slash thread originator , decided to leave both time and destination open for discusion. It was discussed and the best and Final spot was discovered. 'Behind the North Shore auto mall'. Anthony and I PERSONALLY inspected all spots, took pictures, and discussed all options. and we concluded that it would be best to meet there. Directions have kindly been posted.
but to make it simple:
if you are coming from HWY 1, take the westview exit, go allll the way south, take a left on FELL, head south past marine, OVER the overpass, past the AUTO MALL entery, and take your first right.

IF you are coming from LIONS GATE BRIDGE, head east on marine drive (north van) take a right on FELL, south OVER THE OVERPASS, pass the AUTO MALL ENTERY and take your first right.

There. simple as that. You guys can have some fun there. and then head up north. I'll be waiting at the Squamish Mcdicks with a Happy meal for all that made it through the day. In one peice.

I just can't believe that its that hard for you guy's to set up a meet. I have been setting up meets for awhile now and its been a breeze. Just make it in Vancouver because I'm sure the majority of the people don't live in North Van. I don't even know why I'm saying since I'm not going to be there. I am pretty sure that it would be a better meet if you guys collaborated with the Revscene Euro Meet...
