75mm BULLET SHORT SHOULDER Studs now available. Spacers no longer needed!

Great for:
-People who change their wheels often. You don't have to keep rotating the wheel to find the lug bolt holes.
-Makes changing wheels faster
-Prevent you from cross threading your wheel hubs, an expensive fix compared to the cost of these stud conversions. If you cross thread these studs on the wheel side, just replace the stud

SAE Approved Features:
Zinc coated
Allen heads
Acorn nuts
Grade 10.9 (TUV approved European standard for 75, 80, and 90mm studs)
TUV approved studs made in Europe
Bullet Stud available for 75 and 90mm studs
Grade 8.8 (SAE approved US Standard for 44 and 57mm studs)
57mm studs will still allow wheel cap/cover!


Tuner Nuts:
Available for 44mm-57mm studs. Varies per application stud length. This is for those of you that have aftermarket or re-drilled wheels that have smaller diameter lug nut holes.

Installation
Use Blue loctite when threading stud into wheel hub and tighten to hand tight or 10ft/lbs
Torque nuts to 80ft/lbs in a star pattern

Spacer info:
The SAE standard requires at least 6.5 turns on the nut when tightening. If you do not get 6.5turns then you will need a longer stud.
44mm studs will fit up to a 5mm spacer
57mm studs will fit up to a 12mm spacer
80mm studs will fit up to a 20mm spacer
75mm Bullet nose studs will fit up to a 12mm spacer becuase the actual thread length is reduced with bullet nose
90mm Bullet nose studs will fit up to a 20mm spacer becuase the actual thread length is reduced with bullet nose

Anything above 25mm should be an adapter. I will work on getting this developed too.
