98 323is Very clean, great shape, many mods.

I am selling a 98 323is. Titanmetallic silver/white leather interior. The car now has about 121,000 miles on it. I am a automotive technician that specializes in BMW. The car runs just as strong as it did when it rolled off the dealership new.
Here is a list off the top of my head of what I have done to it so far.

M3 front bumper/M3 Mirrors
Silverstar lighting bulbs.
DDM Euro foglights with lamin-x covering
Black kidney grilles. I have the stock ones still
D-Force wheels emPowers 18 inch 18lb semi forged wheels.. The wheels and tires are only 4 months old.
Carbonio Cold Air Intake
M50 Manifold with eurosport conversion kit. "Done the right way"
H+R coilovers
Rear upgraded strut mounts.
New plugs
New thermostat/thermostat aluminum housing
Coolant flush
New cam sensor
Hawk Ultra low dust performance pads.
I put all these items on within a year and a half.
The car handles like a train on rails, and for a 2.5 motor, I have kept up close with stock e36 m3's.
