I just took delivery on 1995 Avus over Dove M3 with Dinan Supercharger, which I had planned to make a backup track car (since my racecar ALWAYS seems to be broken).
Unfortunately, this car is just way too nice to track; it is getting more and more difficult to find a nice E36 M3, let alone one with all the right mods. Adult-owned, fully maintained, and meticulous mechanicals. This kind of car commands a premium; it's also the sexiest color combo I've seen on an E36.
Mods:
Full Dinan Supercharger system professionally installed by ICS Performance in CT. 340 linear, reliable, and smooth HP.
Suspension: Bilstien/H&R Sport suspension (lower than stock), Turner Motorsport swaybars front and rear. I also have a Racing Dynamics front strut bar (not installed).
Cosmetics: clear corners and sides, Euro (glass!) Ellipsoid headlights, and smoked tails.
94K miles (that's 7k per year!) Factory options include Sport Package (manual Vaders), 18-button OBC, H/K cassette head unit with trunk-mounted 6-disc changer, keyless entry, sunroof, 5-speed trans. Dealer-installed options include BMW alarm and K40 radar detector.
The car will also include all of the stock lights and intake parts from the Supercharger install.
What I'm looking for: E46 M3, high miles and a little wear/and tear don't turn me off. I'm looking for as even a trade as possible, so cars in the $20K range or under.
I would also consider an outright sale at $16,850, but I don't need to sell the car, and if you're looking for a cheap M3, there are others out there (yes, you get what you pay for!)
