| FS: '96 BMW 328is I'm putting my long owned 1996 BMW 328is up for sale. The car is hellrot red with tan leather interior and a 5 speed manual transmission. The car has a sunroof, wood interior accents, premium Harmon Kardon sound, full On Board Computer, and 6 disc CD changer. I've owned it since ~60,000 miles. I have full service records from the previous owner and full and very extensive records from when I owned the car. It's been maintained very well over its life with me. Full maintenance history available below MCS - Recent Projects & Info: BMW 328is History Current Modifications: UUC Stage II LTW Flywheel with E34 M5 Spring Hub Clutch LED Interior Mood Lighting M Side Moldings E46 M3 RSMs with Z3 Reinforcement Plates Chrome Exhaust Tips JT Designs Underpanel Fan Delete (great for fuel economy!) Front License Plate Delete Current mileage 179,000 The car is in excellent mechanical condition with no known problem areas. It just passed emissions testing here in NW Indiana. I have had NO mechanical problems whatsoever with the car. I have had no hesitations with driving the car long distances on trips etc. I have averaged around 26 mpg combined city/highway. On all highway, I have averaged about 31/32 mpg. It has a few small places where the paint is bubbling from rust underneath, but in my opinion is in good shape for its age and mileage. The rear subframe and attachment points have been reinforced. So, no concerns over rear subframe tearout! Asking $4,600 or best offer Any questions etc. please let me know. ![]() |
