WANTED e46 M3 Convertible Laguna Seca Blue!!!

Hey everybody,

I am looking for a Laguna Seca Blue M3 Convertible with 30K-75K miles for around $23,000 - $25,000 with a warranty. This is about average price for a 2001-2002 on Autotrader. Options im looking for or that I may be willing to pay more for are:
Black Leather, Black soft top, Hard Top, Navigation, GTR Hood, CSL trunk, HRE Rims, Intake, Exhaust. SMG or Manual acceptable since this car is nearly impossible to find in a manual form.
