| Look what some A$$ on Ebay did..... Well i don't post to the general section to offten but I need help. This guy on Ebay stole this pic of Tye's and My car! Normally I would not mind so much but the item it is a TOTAL scam!!! I want NOTHING to do with it. The picture is also a copywrited pic taken by Sam Du. Here is the URL, can you guys all email him to remove the pic!?!Ghetto speed mod Don't even ask, this thing will NOT work on our cars!!!

| Suck ass, did you confront the seller? Or better yet, notify the seller with a lawyer letter of copyright infringement.

| well that guy on ebay is using his car picture. HE has about 45 listings, all for the same thing. But each one has a different car picture. So if that is some1's car let them know so they can talk to this guy |

| i had this happen to me twice. best thing to do, is to contact ebay. the process seems to be a quite lengthy one, and it doesn't sound all that great, but i believe it's the best thing you can do. i didn't bother going through the process tho. on one of the ebay ads, the pic was actually linked from my web site, so i changed the pic to something else but used the same file name. i also ended up contacting both sellers. one of them never responded (this is the guy where i changed the pic on my web site) and the other responded back that he was sorry, blah, blah, blah. anyway, your case seems to be a lot worst. not only is your car being used, but the product/service seems to be a scam. |
