How does this trade sound?

This dude I know wants to trade his 18x8.5 BBS RKII with minor curb rash and 45% left on the tires. He wants to trade me for my stock 10-Spokes which are slightly rashed plus $1000 + my stock exhaust. I think this sounds a little steap. Since I can get $250 for my stock exhaust. Plus I have 2 month old pilot sports. Does this sound alright to anyone. I think I should give him a lot less cash. I also have to send all this shit to utah. Thanx for any help.

I believe RKII are shitty expensive....however, tell him to remove
the tires and sell you just the rims...and knock off the price to
like 900, if that's me, I will consider it...

also, M3 stock exhaust doens't worth that much....if you can sell
$200, you should say you are luck. Btw, I got my tri-flo for 200
