Our performance pipe replaces the factory exhaust catalyst and bolts up to your existing manifold, factory rear muffler or Active Autowerke Gen 3 High Flow Exhaust. All hanger placements precisely follow factory mounting points.
The exhaust tone produced is a sporty mellow tone at low rpms, giving way to a distinct racy growl at wide open throttle. Weighing in at just 28lbs, this performance-enhancer also shaves some 30% off the stock catalyst it replaces.
NOTE: On model E36 M3 1996 - 1999, a set of OXYGEN SENSOR SIMULATORS is required to properly work with the Active Autowerke Track Pipe. Please consult with an Active sales consultant on this specific addition.
