FS: E21 1982 BMW 320i

Its a 1982 BMW 320i, 270xxx kms, runs hard and very strong. About 120-130 hp. New fuel pump. New fluids(rad and oil 20/50w) New exhaust (sounds awesome!!). Racing seats (fully adjustable and electronic [doesnt work, only god knows why] sun faded but in good condition). Blaupunkt 210watt deck. 4 Kenwood 4x6's (65 watt max handeling, and sound awesome) It has a lil spot of rust on the drivers door and the drivers rocker panel needs replaced ($70 US on bavauto.com) And the drivers side fender needs painted (can get done before sale if wanted) It is copperish red, I forget the name right now. I have winters and 2 exim basketweaves. No rust in the trunk at all or any where except on the rocker panel and drivers door and a lil spot on the hood.

I have custom intake pipeing (black powder coated) and brand new k&n filter but i never installed it because i need a battery relocation kit. I also have a transmission that has 170xxx which i want to swap in but havent had the time (if i do i'll put in a new sachs sport clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and slave cylinder) Also have another motor sitting, i was gunna rebuild and turbocharge it but i decided not too. The head is already pulled off and dissassembled. I have many more mics parts too.

Im asking $1800 US(about $2400 CND) (plus shipping) for just the car.
And $2000 US(about $2700 CND) for the 170km tranny swapped in w/ sachs sport clutch and all the intake stuff.
